Dr. Wilkerson, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with 21 years’ experience, has treated over 109,000 patients and performed 22,074 successful surgeries. Specializing in Orthopaedic Biomechanics and Sports Medicine, including work with the University of Miami’s football team, he emphasizes collaborative care, integrating advanced techniques like nano-scope needle arthroscopy and regenerative medicine.
He was born and raised in Connecticut and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Connecticut. In his final year, he was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) honor society which represented the top students of his graduating class. After dental school, Dr. Halepas moved to NYC to complete his specialty training – a rigorous six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, consistently recognized as one of the top 10 best hospitals in the nation by US News & World Report. During that time, he continued his education and received his Medical Degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (MD). In his final year of residency, he served as Chief Resident of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
With a distinguished background as a dentist, physician, and surgeon, Dr. Halepas, brings a comprehensive perspective to facial cosmetic surgery. His unique combination of skills in both dental and medical disciplines, coupled with specialized expertise in facial anatomy, allows him to deliver exceptional results. This multidisciplinary approach ensures a holistic understanding of facial aesthetics and function, setting Dr. Halepas apart in offering the highest standard of care and innovative solutions in facial cosmetic surgery. He has published over 50 scientific journal manuscripts and book chapters, with many of them focused on facial rejuvenation, and is and is the co-editor of the Springer books The History of Maxillofacial Surgery and Platelet Rich Plasma in Medicine.
He is a fellow of the American College of Dentists. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the American College of Surgeons, and is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

With over two decades of experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Strategy Ideation, she excels in driving transformation across diverse sectors. Sylvia’s focus is to solidify Gentera’s brand as the leader in precision and regenerative medicine.
Previously serving as Director of Business Acquisition and Digital Transformation at Abbott Laboratories for the Latin American Region, Sylvia played a pivotal role in shaping strategies for growth. In 2020, she also co-founded a healthcare start-up focused on COVID Testing and spearheaded numerous global partnerships where she was awarded the Keys to Miami-Dade County for her work during the pandemic.

Dr. Adonis Maiquez, MD, is a board-certified specialist in functional and anti-aging medicine with over 20 years of experience. As Principal Investigator at South Coast Research, he leads clinical trials and specializes in autoimmune, neurodegenerative, psychiatric, and metabolic conditions.
